A 3 man AT-3 Sagger ATGM team supporting their infantry comrades in the defense of the Damascus to Beirut highway during operation ‘Peace in Galilee’. The commander, wearing a ‘Ridgeway’ hat, a style popularized by Fidel Castro, lies prone and observes events through a pair of binoculars. The gunner, also prone, is operating the unit to guide the missile in onto it’s target. The loader is on standby with a case containing a Sagger missile. All are armed with AK74s and wear a mix of NATO, WarPac & ChiCom webbing and uniform items.
