Rhodesia Native Regiment (RNR)

The Rhodesia Native Regiment was formed in British Colonial Africa, 1916, to fight German forces in German East Africa during The Great War. Staffed with black soldiers & white officers it played a key role in the campaign & was disbanded shortly after hostilities ceased.
